| 摘 要： | 建筑施工现场管理的程序是比较繁杂的,施工企业在进行管理之前一定要立足于自身的特点,要分析好施工现场的具体情况,考虑到施工中可能存在的困难,制定比较合理有效的方案指导施工现场管理。作者根据自己在建筑施工中的实践经验和自己学习的管理知识,将对建筑施工现场管理进行简要的阐述,对建筑施工现场管理出现的漏洞进行探讨,以为建筑施工现场管理提供一些有效的措施,促进管理水平的提高。

| Abstract: | Construction site management procedures are more complicated, so before carrying out the management, the construction enterprises must be based on its own characteristics, analyze the specific circumstances, take into account the difficulties that may exist in construction, develop reasonable and effective program to guide construction site management. According to the author＆#39;s experience in the construction and management knowledge, the author will conduct a brief exposition of the construction site management, explore the loopholes that appear in the construction site management, to provide some effective measures for the construction site management and improve management level. |
