摘    要:职业教育力求人才培养方案中各项目标的有效落实,班主任可根据"多元智能理论",运用发展性评价,采取多种行之有效的措施,让学生恢复自尊心、自信心,提高学生的综合素质,更好地适应新形势下社会主义市场经济对人才的需求。

Abstract:Vocational education seeks to effectively implement personnel training program objectives. According to multiple intelligences theory, master teachers can create a new pluralism, development, encouraging talent evaluation systems, and take various effective measures to make students restore self-esteem, self-confidence, establish the correct values, outlook on life, and improve the overall quality of vocational students to better adapt to the socialist market economy, the demand for talent in the new situation.
