典型资源枯竭型城市利用外资情况研究——以阜新为例

中国资源枯竭型城市较多,这些城市大多本身财力有限,生产建设资金不足,要实现资源枯竭型城市的可持续发展,充足的资金是一个必要的前提条件,而大力吸引并有效合理利用外资无疑是一种必然选择。本文以辽宁省典型资源枯竭型城市阜新市为例,在实证研究的基础上,较为系统地分析了阜新利用外资情况,指出其中存在的一些问题,并提出阜新利用外资应该采取的措施和应注意的问题。

Research of representative resources drying up city making use of foreign capital——taking Fuxin as example

Problems of the sustainable development of many resource-exhausted cities in China are more and more thought of.Enough capital is essential for the cities development.But the district finance is lacking.To attain enough capital,foreign capital is helpful supplement.Therefore,Resource-exhausted City should pay attention to attract foreign capital and utilize foreign capital with efficiency.In this paper,Typical resource-exhausted city,Fuxin city was taking as an example and systemic analysis was drawn out on the circs of utilizing foreign capital in the city.It showed that there are many problems in the city and some useful suggestions were carried out.
