| 摘 要： | 在论述库区生态环境背景的基础上，分析了漫湾电站建设及运行以来库区生态环境的变化以及引起变化的主要因素；提出了解决库区农民生产生活能源问题、加强基本农田建设、加大退耕还林还草力度及库外移民等治理对策。

| Abstract: | Based on discussing the background of eco-environment in the storage areas of Manwan Hydropower Station, analysing its change since it was built and operated, main factors leading to these change. Suggesting the energy problem solving the production and living in the storage areas, strengthening the construction of basic cultivated land, enhancing the power of converting land for forestry & grass and immigrating outside the storage areas, etc. managing countermeasures. |
