| 摘 要： | 终身学习是当代教师的天职。由于时代变迁 ,教育功能变化 ,终身学习是越来越重要。本文从二个方面阐述了终身学习的重要性 ,第一个方面是终身教育的前景与师范教育的变化。第二个方面是终身学习对教育及社会的改造。

| Abstract: | Lifelong learning is the contemporary teachers' vocation.Due to the changing of the ages and education functions,lifelong learning is more and more important.This paper discusses the importance of lifelong learning from three aspects.The first aspect is the character of lifelong education.The second is the prospect of lifelong education and the change of teachers education.The third is reconstructing education and society by lifelong learning. |
