| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the current situation of railway freight transportation and points out the necessity,feasiblity and strength of the development of railway third party logistics,on the basis of which,the paper proposes development countermeasures on the aspects of identifying the field of the development of railway logistics,selecting the carriers of 3PL development,implementing real-time distribution strategy and developing electronic commerce. |
