| 摘 要： | 随着艺术类及相关专业招生规模的扩大和旅游业的发展,部分地区美术写生基地悄然兴起并迅速繁荣,成为当地新的经济增长点.本研究依据利益相关者理论,以峨庄艺术写生基地为案例,构建了利益相关者图谱,并对核心利益相关者进行了博弈分析,同时对写生基地可持续发展的对策进行了探讨.

| Abstract: | With the rapid enlargement of enrollment scale of art majors and development of tourism,sketching bases are rising quietly and growing prosperously in some regions.They become the new economic growth point in local area.Based on the theory of stakeholders,taking E＇zhuang sketching bases as a case study,the relationship map of stakeholders was constructed and the gamble analysis of key stakeholders was explained.At last,some strategies to the sustainable development were put forward. |
