| 摘 要： | 全球价值链理论为研究地方产业集群的发展提供了一个新的视角。通过对全球价值链下地方产业集群升级理论进行梳理，以及对美国、中国大陆和台湾电子信息产业集群升级轨迹的研究，进一步论证了全球价值链下中国电子信息产业集群升级的可行性发展战略。
