| 摘 要： | 为了消除发酵液中还原糖的影响,建立了高碘酸钠滴定法测定棒酸发酵液中甘油含量的方法,该方法的回收率为98.5%,RSD值为1.69%。本法操作简便,成本低廉,适用于发酵液中甘油含量的测定。

| Abstract: | The method for the determination of glycerol content in the clavulanic acid fermentation broth by sodium periodate titration is established so as to eliminate the infection of reducing sugar in the broth.The average recovery rate is 98.5%,and RSD is 1.69%.The method is convenient and accurate with low cost.It can be applied to the determination of glycerol content in the fermentation broth. |
