武器装备核心部件的国产化工作分析及对策

武器装备国产化是各国在武器装备发展过程中非常关注的一个重要指标,而核心部件的国产化在评价指标中又占据着极其重要的位置。目前虽然我国的武器装备绝大多数部件都实现了国产化,但在核心部件的研发上和国产化方面仍存在诸多的问题。针对当前我国武器装备发展过程中核心部件国产化工作面临的问题,从基础技术、制度机制、资源配置等方面进行了分析,最后基于对现状的分析结合现行的政策机制分三个层面对如何推进核心部件的国产化问题提出了相应的对策。

Analysis and Strategy of Localization of Weaponry Core Component

Localization is an important index which is concerned by all countries when developing the weaponry,the localization play a significant role in the evaluation index.In current situation,the major component of our weaponry can be produced by ourselves,but many problems remain to be solved in the research and localization of the weaponry core component.Aimed to resolve the problems in core component localization,we analyze the current situation from fundamental technology,mechanism and resource deployment,then propose correspondent strategies for promoting the localization of core component by combining with policies in effect.
