延安市健身俱乐部经营现状与对策研究

采用调查、访谈等方法,探讨了延安市健身俱乐部的经营现状及制约发展的影响因素,为推动延安市健身俱乐部的健康发展,政策制定等提供理论依据。结果显示,延安市健身俱乐部从整体上缺乏合理的市场定位、场地器材陈旧、高层管理人才匮乏等特点。建议应准确把握区域内健身消费市场的群体构成、消费需求现状,合理拓展市场空间,规范管理模式,进而实现健身市场的良性发展。

Research on the Running Situation of Health Club in Yan'an

By using methods,such as surveys,interviews,this paper explored management status of fitness club in Yan’an City and influence factors of restricting the development,to provide theoretical basis for promoting the healthy development of Yan’an City fitness club and policy formulation.The results show that the fitness clubs in Yan’an city have many problems,such as,lack of reasonable market positioning,old site equipment,lack of senior management personnel and so on.It is necessary to master the group composition of fitness consumer market in this region and the present situation of consumer demand,reasonably expand market space,standardize the management mode,so as to realize the virtuous development of fitness market.
