航空维修中虚拟维修训练系统展望

笔者所在的学校校内飞机以军机为主,民机很少,学校有意再往民航和通航维修方向发展,但引进民机及设备辅助等成本很大,实验环节较难实现。目前主要是通过校外实习的手段来实现实验动手环节,但校外实习的时间较短,而且基本上以参观为主,动手的机会较少,学生在短暂的实习期间内无法掌握应有的职业技能。本文根据现在数字化技术的发展方向,提出了以虚拟维修训练系统为基础的航空维修教学模式。

Prospect of Virtual Maintenance Training System in Aviation Maintenance

In the institute,the plan is mainly military aircraft,and the civil aircraft is few.So the school intends to develop civil aviation and navigation maintenance.But the cost is high.So the experimental link is difficult to conduct.At present,it is mainly completed through off-campus internship,but the time of off-campus internship is short,and the internship is mainly visit.So hands-on opportunity is less,students in the short period of practice period cannot control the due vocational skills.According to the developing direction of modern digital technology,the paper puts forward the aviation maintenance teaching model based on virtual maintenance training system.
