基于职业生涯规划的基层医疗机构人力资源管理

摘    要:基层医疗机构人才建设是新医改的重要内容,也是决定我国基层医疗卫生服务水平的关键。本文在对我国基层医疗机构人力资源现状统计分析的基础上,得出基层医疗机构资源配置相对缺乏,人力资源流失率高等问题。为从根本上留住优秀人才,本文尝试从职业生涯规划的角度,提出几点关于基层医疗机构人力资源管理的建议和措施。

Abstract:The construction of primary medical talent is an important content of China’s health care reform,and also is the key which determines the level of primary medical and health services.Based on the statistical analysis of present human resources situation of the primary medical institutions,the article obtains some problems,such as lack of resources allocation,high loss rate of human resources.From the root to retain talents,this article attempts from the occupation career planning perspective,put forward several suggestions and measures of primary medical institutions of human resource management.
