| Abstract: | This paper uses work breakdown structure to break down the UPS design project in nuclear island of Z nuclear power plant,uses critical path method to build the schedule of the project,combined with the characteristics of the project,based on the PDCA control flow,controls the progress of project implementation and ensures the smooth implementation of the project. |
