摘    要:采用工作分解结构分解了Z核电站核岛UPS设备设计项目,并用关键路径法编制了该项目进度,结合项目特点,基于PDCA控制流程对项目实施进度控制,确保项目顺利实施。

Abstract:This paper uses work breakdown structure to break down the UPS design project in nuclear island of Z nuclear power plant,uses critical path method to build the schedule of the project,combined with the characteristics of the project,based on the PDCA control flow,controls the progress of project implementation and ensures the smooth implementation of the project.
