国内高等教育人才培养模式研究对高职高专创新型人才培养的启示

高等学校在培养民族创新精神和培养创新型人才方面肩负着特殊的历史使命;关键是要构建一个科学的创新型人才培养模式。我国高等职业教育人才培养模式类型分别有定向委培模式、产学研结合模式、就业导向模式和双证书模式等;其共同特征是专业设置以市场需求为导向,教育目的以提高毕业生素质、提高就业率为出发点,教学设计以培养学生职业能力为宗旨,企业参与学校办学。

Research on Domestic Higher Education Training Model and Its Inspiration to Innovative Talent Training in Higher Vocational Colleges

Colleges and universities take a special historical mission in fostering the national innovation spirit and creative talent.The key is to build a scientific and innovative training model.China’s higher vocational education training model types include direct commision cultivation model,production-study-research integration model,employment-oriented mode and dual-certificate mode.Their common feature is that specialty setting is based on the market demand,their education aims is to improve the quality of graduates and raise the employment rate,and the purpose of their instruction design is to develop students with professional ability,and business schools participating in running school.
