关于将拓展训练融入高校体育教学的研究

本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法和实践教学法,从拓展训练的起源、发展和意义着手,探讨了把拓展训练引入高校体育课堂的意义,针对现阶段高校开展体育课程的种种弊端,提出在高校开展拓展训练课的具体实施策略,指出应注意的问题,以期为推动高校体育课程的改革提供借鉴。

Research of Putting Outward Bound into College Physical Education

Adopting the documentary data,logical analysis and practical teaching methods,from the origin,development and significance of outward bound,this paper has discussed the significance of putting outward bound into college physical education,pointed out the disadvantages of traditional college physical education and put forward the concrete implementation strategies and precautions with a view to provide references to promote the reform of college physical education teaching.
