| 摘 要： | 随着企业绩效评价方法的变迁,本文在几种绩效评价方法比较的基础上,从长期的财务层面、顾客层面、供应链运作层面和学习与成长层面,提出了适合于供应链绩效评价的方法,并提出了与SWOT相结合的评价步骤。

| Abstract: | With the enterprise performance evaluation methods changing,this paper makes suitable method for supply chain performance evaluation on the basis of comparison of several performance evaluation methods from the long-term financial level,customer level,supply chain operation level and learning & growing level.Finally,the evaluation steps with a combination of SWOT were proposed. |
