摘    要:大容量风电并入电网后,风电出力的随机性、运行方式的复杂性对电网的安全稳定运行带来了极大的挑战。文章在分析风电场对系统电压、频率和静态安全的基础上,讨论了影响系统消纳风电的主要因素,并结合北京电网及已并网风电场的运行特点,详细计算了北京电网在不同负荷水平、不同运行方式下,可消纳风电的最大容量。

Abstract:After the large capacity of wind power into the grid,the randomness of wind power output and the complexity of the operation mode have brought great challenges to safe and stable operation of the grid.This article analyzed the system voltage,frequency and static security of wind farms,on this basis discussed the main factors affecting the system accessing wind power,combined with the operational features of the Beijing power grid and grid-connected wind farms,calculated the maximum capacity of wind power into Beijing grid under different load levels and different operating modes in detail.
