液压支架电液控系统安全使用及故障分析

摘    要:液压支架电液控设备在峰峰集团梧桐庄矿的推广使用,不仅提高了工作效率、减轻了劳动强度,而且安全系数得以提升。该矿使用的北京天地玛珂公司生产的SAC型电液控系统,控制方便、灵活、协调、安全,实现了控制功能与工作面条件、生产工艺要求的较好配合。本文根据操作实践,分别对电液控系统安全使用和系统故障处理进行了简明阐述。

Abstract:The promotion and use of hydraulic support electrohydraulic control equipment in Fengfeng Group in Wutongzhuang mine not only improves work efficiency,reduces the labor intensity,but also improves the safety coefficient.My mine uses SAC electro-hydraulic control system produced by Beijing Tiandi-Marco Company Ltd.,which has advantages of flexible,convenient control,coordination,security,achieves better cooperation of the control function,the working condition and the requirements of the production process.Based on the operation practice,this paper briefly discussed safety operation and fault treatment of electro-hydraulic control system respectively.
