| 摘 要： | 在郑西客专渑池制梁场预制箱梁施工实践中,面对标准高,工期紧的建设特点,制梁场自行设计并采用了预制箱梁钢筋骨架快速绑扎整体吊装工艺,使预制箱梁重要的钢筋工序有了可靠的保障,简化了大体积预制混凝土箱梁复杂的钢筋工序,质量、进度均有了明显提高。

| Abstract: | In the construction and practice of precast box girder of Zhengzhou-Xi’an passenger dedicated line Mianchi beam manufacturing plant,aiming at the high standard and the tight time schedule,Mianchi beam manufacturing plant designs and uses the rapid banding overall lifting process of precast box girder steel skeleton,provides reliable security to the important part of precast box girder reinforcing steel bar construction and simplifies the reinforcing steel bar construction of mass precast box girder,and improves the quality and shortens the time schedule. |
