| 摘 要： | 随着移动通信技术的不断发展,国家3G网络建设的竣工,在原有基础业务支撑的基础上,更多丰富的数据增值业务被电信运营商推出。在提高产业效益的同时,相关的网络、业务维护优化,特别是数据业务的维护日益加重。而传统的数据业务拨测方法在实时性、准确性、稳定性等方面无法满足电信运维人员的工作需求,所以一种新的移动全业务仿真拨测系统被推出,受到广大运维人员的欢迎。

| Abstract: | Along with the continuous development of mobile communication,the construction of national 3G network is completed,and more and more rich value-added services is promoted by telecom operators.While increasing industrial benefits,the related network,service maintenance optimization,especially the data service maintenance is increasing.The real-time nature,accuracy,and stability of traditional dial measurement method for data service can not meet the work demands.So the a new mobile full-service simulation dial measurement system is popular in operators and maintenance staff. |
