| 摘 要： | 在经济市场化的现代社会,竞争日益激烈,电力企业要想在没有硝烟的市场竞争中取得优势地位,立于不败之地,必须要培养自己的核心竞争力。目前因为电力企业所处行业局限性、企业管理不佳、运营体制不适合等限制了发展,如何培养电力企业的核心竞争力就是企业必须考虑的问题。

| Abstract: | In the modern society of the market economy,competition becomes increasingly fierce.The electric power enterprises must develop their own core competitiveness in order to obtain the dominant position in the competition and the invincible position in the market.Because of the limitations of electric power enterprises,such as,poor business management,unsuitable operating system,and so on,the development of enterprises is limited.So we must consider how to cultivate the power company’s core competitiveness. |
