| 摘 要： | 安哥拉疏浚工程施工时,水下岩石爆破出现未爆浅点的质量问题。项目部成立QC小组,应用因果分析图法分层次查找原因,运用统筹方法安排验证方案,在最短时间内找出质量问题主因;并运用AHP方法和价值工程理论对方案进行了优化,在保证工期前提下,取得了良好的经济效益。

| Abstract: | A lot of spots higher than pay level were found in Angola dredging project.QC team was established,and causes are found by adopting causality analysis technology.Operational Research was used to organize all the site investigations to minimize the time to be consumed to find the primary causes.And AHP method and Value Engineering Principle was applied in optimizing the solution by minimizing the cost within the constraint of time,and better economic return was achieved accordingly. |
