| 摘 要： | 当前,国家电网公司努力推进"两个转变",供电企业纷纷实施"五大"体系建设,组织结构、业务流程正发生巨变。本文重点梳理当前供电企业人才队伍建设存在的问题,提出人才队伍建设的前瞻思考和有效措施。
