浅谈医院建设工程竣工结算审核工作

随着经济的兴旺带动着建筑行业的日益发展,建筑行业从设计施工到验收的各个环节都在不断的摸索中逐步完善。项目竣工审核工作虽然是整个项目建设的尾声工作,但是其意义却是十分重要的,不仅是对整个建筑成果的肯定,也是对未来其使用成果的鉴定。我国建筑行业的相关各项事宜还没有的得到的充分发展,竣工审核阶段的环节步骤还在逐步的摸索当中,相关法规文件还在不断的完善。现笔者以医院建设工程竣工的审核过程作为切入点,从存在的问题通过深层次的阐述予以剖析,并对解决问题的关键点提出的个人的见解,希望通过本文能对该领域相关问题给予重视,并通过大家的努力逐步完善各项规章制度。为建筑行业的腾飞贡献自己的微薄的力量。

Discussion on Settlement Examination and Verification of Completed Hospital Construction Project

With the development of construction industry driven by economic prosperity,construction industry is improving step by step from design and construction to acceptance.Although verification of completed project is the ending work for the whole construction of project,its significance is very important,which is not only the certainty for whole building results,but also the appraisal of use of its achievements in the future.The related matters of construction industry in our country still do not be gotten the full development,the verification of completed project has gradually fumbled and related laws and regulations are perfecting.Starting from the verification of hospital construction project,the author analyzed existing problems and proposed own solutions,hoping to pay attention to the related problems of this field through the paper,and gradually perfect various regulations by everyone’s effort,make contribution to the rapid development of the construction industry.
