摘    要:本文借鉴了Charlotte M.Echtner与J.R.Brent Ritchie的研究成果,提出适用于都市旅游目的地形象感知模型并进行实证研究。本文使用结构法与非结构法相结合,定性与定量并用。基于因子分析,本文寻找出游人对都市旅游目的地形象感知不同维度的重要性排序,同时探求人口统计变量对目的地形象感知的影响,并结合IPA分析法,针对都市旅游目的地形象的改善提出相应措施。

Abstract:Based on the research of Charlotte M.Echtner and J.R.Brent Ritchie,the destination image perception model applied for the urban tourism is concluded and the empirical research is conducted.With the combination of the structured and unstructured approaches,the paper presents an integrated qualitative and quantitative methodology.The significance ranking of factors affecting the perception of urban tourism destination image and impact from the demographic data are concluded according to the multiple factors analysis,with IPA analysis,which provides the basis for effectively improving urban tourism destination image.
