黑龙江省休闲农业发展战略研究

本文在分析黑龙江休闲农业发展现状的基础上,从优势、劣势、机会、威胁对黑龙江省休闲农业的发展进行了剖析,目的是从战略的角度明确黑龙江省休闲农业发展的思想、原则、重点。最后,从制定休闲农业发展规划、优化发展环境、拓宽融资渠道、进行产业化经营方面阐述了黑龙江省休闲农业发展的配套措施。

Study on Leisure Agriculture Development Strategy of Heilongjiang Province

This article analyzed the development of leisure agriculture in Heilongjiang from strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,on the basis of analysis of the development status of leisure agriculture in Heilongjiang province.The purpose is to clear the idea,principles and key of leisure agriculture development in Heilongjiang province from the strategic perspective.Finally,the matching measures for the leisure agriculture development in Heilongjiang are elaborated from developing leisure agriculture development plan,optimizing the environment for development,widening the financing channels,and conducting industrialization.
