| 摘 要： | 近年来,实施大学生科研创新项目被普遍认为是一种有效地创新人才培养途径。本文以重庆科技学院实施大学生科研创新项目为例,介绍了实施大学生科研创新项目的现状和重要性,并针对实施过程中存在的大学生认识不足、后续性差和管理机制等问题,提出实施大学生科研创新项目的几点建议,对应用型本科高校培养创新人才的途径具有一定的启发意义。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the implementation of the undergraduate innovation projects for scientific research is widely regarded as an effective approach to innovative talents training.Taking the undergraduate innovation projects for scientific research practiced by Chongqing University of Science and Technology for example,the paper introduces the status and importance of it;Moreover gives some suggestions that explores the ways of the innovative talent cultivation by an application-oriented university in view of college students’ poor understanding,insistence and management mechanism existed in the practice. |
