摘    要:本文在充分调研榆林电力系统现场作业环境的基础上,针对继电保护其在调度运行管理方面的信息化、智能化水平则相对较低;本文建立具有以数据方式传输各种信息及电网故障信息能力的微机型继电保护、安全自动装置和故障录波器的软硬件系统设计方法,为建设基于现代网络通信技术的二次装置的信息处理系统提供了前提条件。

Abstract:In this paper,on the basis of the research of field operation environment of Yulin electric power system,for the relatively low of information and intelligent level of relay protection in scheduling management,the design of hardware and software system of fault recorder,automatic safety device and microcomputer relay protection of determining the fault Information ability and transferring all kinds of information with the way of data is presented,providing premise condition for establishing information processing system of secondary device based on the modern network communication technology.
