装备维修过程质量评估研究

对装备维修质量的评估,不仅要针对维修后各种指标的恢复程度,还要对维修过程中的各种因素进行评价,以便维修企业对维修过程进行控制以及改进。运用基于AHP的模糊综合评价法对装备维修过程进行评估,并利用最优传递矩阵法对标度矩阵判断法确定权重进行改进,从而避免一致性检验,评价结果更加科学合理。

Evaluation on Maintenance Process Quality of Equipment

For the maintenance of equipment maintenance quality,not only for the recovery degree of various indicators after its maintenance,but also for the various factors in the maintenance process,so the maintenance company could control the process and improve it.This paper applied the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the process quality of equipment,and it used the optimal transfer matrix method to improve the weight determined by the scaling matrix judgment method.So it avoids the consistency check,and the evaluation result is more scientific and reasonable.
