| Abstract: | Based on the logical sequence of the development of talent cultivation program,this article introduces the basic content of the construction of curriculum system combining learning with working,describes the basic principles,processes and the main content of talent develop program development which takes the employment for orientation,and considers the competency as the basis,and proposes the operating methods for the evaluation and dynamic adjustment of the personnel training program. |
