| 摘 要： | 价值工程中的价值概念,反映了正负功能和成本的关系,为全面分析行为的价值提供了科学标准。事物具有两面性",俱分进化",在发展中,要看到得到了什么的同时,也要盘点,失去了什么,孰重孰轻?即经济的发展,当中有多少是有价值的,有多少是没有价值的,有多少是对多数人有意义的,有多少对多数人没有意义。成长的烦恼,无论是在生态方面、社会方面、人性方面,付出的代价是什么?为什么财富的创造反而失去意义?导致"没有发展的增长",妨碍未来进一步发展。我们需要考虑发展的价值工程。

| Abstract: | Value concept in the value engineering reveals the relationship of positive and negative function and cost,and provides scientific standard for comprehensive analysis of behavioral value.Things have two sides—two-way evolution.In development,we should see what are lost while winning,and which one is important.In economic development,which are valuable,which are worthless,which are significant to most of people,which are meaningless for most of people? And what is the cost in ecology,society,and humanity.Why is it meaningless for wealth creation? It interferes with the further development of the future.We need to consider the development of value engineering. |
