影响我国体育彩票发展的因素分析与对策

我国体育彩票为体育事业发展与社会公益事业提供了大量的资金,发展速度与规模很快,在发展的过程中也遇到很多影响其发展的因素。本文通过对改革开放以来体育彩票的发展进行研究,查找发展过程中的问题,并提出了:加快《彩票法》的立法工作;成立协调管理机构;加大专业人员培养;加大产品开发的力度等建议。

Factors Influencing Development of China's Sports Lottery and Countermeasures

Our country sports lottery provides large amounts of money for the development of sports industry and social public welfare undertakings.Its speed of development is rapid.In the process of development,we have a lot of factors influencing its development.Through researching on the development of sports lottery,this article tries to find out the problems in development,at last,puts forward the suggestion such as speeding up the legislation of sports lottery law,building coordination management institution,increasing the professional training,increasing efforts on the product development and so on.
