Personnel Training Innovation Mode Based on Industry Market-driven

Based on the requirement of optoelectronic industry for talent knowledge structure and capacity,starting from the cultivation of the students’ innovation spirit and practice ability,the paper takes talent training mode of electronic science and technology(optoelectronic technology science) major in our university as an example,and puts forward the reform objectives,guiding ideology of talent training model of electronic science and technology major,and builds the professional knowledge system that expresses the discipline development and professional characteristics.
