| 摘 要： | 面对我国煤炭能源经济战略扩张,矿山机电设备的更新换代,机电安装队伍遇到了发展的瓶颈,如何拓宽机电安装企业发展空间,营造机电安装人才成长的环境,已经成为机电安装企业面临的主要任务。本文从对企业人才概念的认识、安装人才的现状及培养人才的渠道几个方面对创新人才培养使用机制进行了一些探索。

| Abstract: | In the face of coal energy strategy expansion in China,the replacement of mine electromechanical equipment and mechanical and electrical installation team encountered a bottleneck in the development process.How to broaden the development space of mechanical and electrical installation enterprise and building environment for the growth of mechanical and electrical installation talent has become the main task of the mechanical and electrical installation businesses.This article,from the awareness on enterprise talent,the status of installation talent and the ways to train talents,explores the creative talents training mechanism. |
