| 摘 要： | 为了更好的适应未来信息化条件的作战,提高汽车部(分)队的战斗力和保障力,对汽车部(分)队驾驶员心理管理已显得十分必要和突出。因此,分析信息化条件下心理战特点,由此提出加强驾驶员心理管理的具体方法和措施,是信息化条件下驾驶员心理管理的必然要求。

| Abstract: | In order to better adapt to future combat under informatization condition,improving the fighting capacity and support capacity of car team is necessary and prominent to the driver’s psychological management of car team.So it is the inevitable requirement for driver’s psychological management under the informatization condition to analyze the characteristics of psychological warfare under informatization condition and put forward the specific way and measures to strengthen driver’ s psychological management. |
