电力企业人力资源管理现状及创新方法研究

摘    要:本文对我国电力企业及人力资源管理的现状进行分析,并提出了相应的对策,我国的电力企业将如何引进人才、提升人力资源管理、将人力资源成本最大化转化成利润产出。有效的解决我国电力企业人才短缺的问题,为电力行业的发展提供新的机遇,为我国的电力事业和现代化建设保驾护航。

Abstract:This paper analyzed the current state of China’s power enterprises and human resources management and put forward corresponding countermeasures to introduce talents,improve human resource management and change the maximization of the cost of human resources into profit output,in order to effectively solve the talent shortage in China’s power enterprises,provide new opportunities for the development of the power industry,and contribute to electric utilities and modernization.
