公路建设项目成本控制方法分析

随着我国市场经济制度的不断发展和完善,建筑市场的竞争日趋激烈。在现有的工程量清单计价模式和招投标制度下,施工企业如何增收节支、挖潜增效,如何获取最佳利润,是当今公路工程项目最值得思考的问题。本文通过分析目前常用的成本控制方法,最后提出全过程成本控制方法,在一定程度上控制了公路建设项目成本,为成本控制提供了一种新的可借鉴的方法。

Analysis of the Cost Control Method of Highway Construction Project

With the continuous development and improvement of China’s market economy system,the competition of construction market is increasingly fierce.Under the existing bill of quantities mode and bidding system,how to increase revenue and reduce expenditure,tap the potential synergies and obtain the best profits has become the problem that worth considering for the construction companies in today.Through the analysis of the current commonly used method of cost control,this paper puts forward the whole process cost control which controls the cost of highway construction projects to some extent and provides a new reference method for cost control.
