| 摘 要： | 区域水资源承载力综合评价对社会经济的可持续发展意义重大,文章根据水资源承载力理论,界定了区域水资源承载力的概念,构建了综合评价指标体系,在此基础上提出了AHP-德尔菲综合评价方法,具有简化以往评价过程中复杂的数学运算又能保证评价结果客观性与准确性的优点。

| Abstract: | Regional water resources carrying capacity comprehensive evaluation has important significance for socio-economic sustainable development,according to the theory of water resources carrying capacity,the article defines the concept of the capacity of regional water resources,builds a comprehensive evaluation index system,based on this the AHP-Delphi comprehensive evaluation method is put forward,this method simplify the past evaluation process complex math but also to ensure evaluation of the advantages of objectivity and accuracy of results. |
