| 摘 要： | 全球金融危机给中国酒店业带来了很大的冲击,使中国企业不同程度地出现了客源减少、收入减少、利润下降现象,许多酒店不得已采取了裁员、降薪措施。文章主要分析金融危机对江苏省酒店企业人力资源管理带来的影响,并提出一些应对策略。

| Abstract: | Chinese hotel industry is impacted seriously by the global financial crisis,which causes decreased customers,diminished income and declined profit in some degree.Many hotels have to lay off and cut the salary.Effect on the human resources management in Jiangsu hotels is analyzed by the global financial crisis and some countermeasures are put forwarded. |
