| 摘 要： | 完善社会保障卡的电子信息记录功能和多终端对接能力,积极扩展数字城市管理平台,加强信息化资源整合,及时、准确、客观的反应城市发展。数字化城市管理系统克服多头管理、重复建档、信息闭塞等弊端,真正实现全时段、全方位覆盖式的城市管理模式,实现城市管理的科学化、规范化、信息化和精细化,使城市服务职能得到进一步提升。

| Abstract: | Perfect the electronic information record function and terminal docking ability of social security card,actively expand digital city management platform,strengthen information resources integration,and timely,accurately,objectively react urban development.Digital urban management system overall the shortcomings such as many-headed management,repeated book building,information block,to realize all the time,comprehensive coverage of city management mode,realize the scientific,standardization,information and refinement management of urban management,and make the city service functions promoted. |
