| 摘 要： | 高层次创新型科技人才队伍建设是未来我国积极应对日趋激烈的国际人才竞争,主动适应我国经济社会发展需要所面临的重要战略任务。本文界定了高层次创新型科技人才的内涵,分析了他们的基本特征,探讨了他们成长的规律。这是加强高层次创新型科技人才研究的前提。
