| 摘 要： | 本文选取典型热表处理特种工艺生产厂为研究对象,以电镀工艺为切入点,运用流程管理理论和技术,探索出适合西飞公司现状与未来发展的、基于流程管理的特种工艺质量预控模式,保证了零件实物质量,加快生产流程运行效率,满足了飞机研制生产需求,全方位地增强特种工艺生产厂的竞争力,促进公司年度经营目标的实现。 |

| Abstract: | This paper selects the heat and surface treatment special process plant as the research object,select plating process as the breakthrough point.Using the process management theory and technology,explore the suitable special process quality pre-control mode based on process management for the present and future development of XAC.Ensure parts product quality,speed up the production process efficiency,meet the aircraft development production demand,strengthen the competitiveness of the special process plant in all and promote to realize the annual business goal of XAC. |
