| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济的发展变化,高校的内外部环境已发生了很大变化,学生管理面临着新的挑战和机遇,传统的共青团工作模式已不能适应新形势的需要。文章运用项目管理理论,结合新形势下高校共青团工作的实际,探索新形势下高校共青团工作的崭新模式,分析了在项目实施过程中的配套工作,对开创新形势下高校共青团工作具有积极的指导意义。
