云计算在我国的发展现状及在军事上的应用展望

云计算的理念由来已久。作为一种新兴的资源使用和交付模式,云计算逐渐为学术界和产业界所认知,形成了比较成熟的服务模式。云计算在我国发展势头迅猛。将云计算应用到军事中,可以加速我军信息化建设进程,有利于实现信息优势和决策优势,对打赢未来信息化条件下局部战争起到重要的作用。美国国防信息局等美国国防部部门在云计算的研究与应用方面已有了相对成熟的技术与产品,值得我们借鉴和学习。

Present Situation of Cloud Computing's Development and Its Application Prospect in Military

The concept of cloud computing has a long history.As a new resource use and delivery model,cloud computing is gradually known to the academia and industrial circles,and has formed a more mature service mode.Cloud computing in China developed rapidly.The application of cloud computing to the military can accelerate the process of army information construction,help achieve information superiority and decision superiority,and play an important role in winning future local wars under conditions of information.Departments of DoD like DISA has formed mature technology and products in the cloud computing research and application,which is worth our reference and study.
