浅谈计算机绿色计算的理念与实践

绿色计算可以看作是在关注计算机系统能耗问题的同时,关注使用者的危害、废弃物、辐射、资源占用与浪费等问题,贯彻节能、环保和节约的理念。虽然这一理念早在1992年就已提出,相关的技术也有了长足发展,但在中国地区的IT发展中,绿色计算仍然没有得到广泛重视和实际执行。这主要与理念推行力度不足、厂商和用户对其关注不够有关。成本的增加、技术的不成熟以及对计算机性能影响的不良预期也是绿色计算难以推行的重要原因。

Idea of Green Computing and Its Practice

Green computing is to reduce energy consumption,the hazards to user,waste,radiation,resources occupation and wasting while improving the computer performance,the aim of which is to implement the idea of energy-saving and environment protection.The idea is put forward since 1992,and the related techniques have developed rapidly.During China’s IT development,the idea,however,has not aroused enough attention and been implemented,due to insufficient promotion and lack of attention from manufacturer and users.Also,the increased cost,immature technique,and effects on computer performance hinders its promotion.
