基于工学结合的民航运输教育产业链研究框架

结合国内外对于工学结合的理论和实践研究成果,基于目前存在于民航运输专业职业教育中校企合作现状、发展需求和存在的问题,提出了基于工学结合的民航运输教育产业链研究框架,目标在于寻求突破口,探寻校企双方的利益诉求点,建立一种良性的、稳定的、可持续的教育产业链,以实现社会、航空学校、涉航企业、民航学生各方的共同良性和谐发展。

Research Framework of Civil Aviation Transportation Education Industry Chain Based on Combining Learning with Working

This paper aims to combine the theory and practice of the combining learning with working research at home and abroad,based on the present situation about the school-enterprise cooperation,development needs and existent problem in professional education of civil aviation transportation,the research framework of civil aviation transportation education industry chain is put forward which based on the combination of learning and working.The goal of the paper is to seek for a breakthrough,explore the interests appeal point of both school and enterprise,and establish a benign,stable,sustainable education industry chain,in order to realize the harmonious development with the social,aviation school,aerospace enterprise and civil aviation student.
