B2C模式下电子商务企业退货物流分析

Analysis on Return Logistics of E-commerce Enterprise under B2C Mode

With the arrival of the age of the Internet,return logistics under B2C e-commerce models has become very important.This requires that merchants with the mode must pay attention to return management,analyze the reasons and put forward the corresponding avoidance strategy,strengthen micro and macro management to the return logistics,establish a safe trade,construct credit mechanism and construct the logistics information platform,so as to optimize return logistics management under B2C model.The paper studies the return logistics under B2C model for e-commerce,and analyzes the causes,and puts forward the avoidance strategies and solutions,at last,introduces the domestic and foreign research area,providing reference for the positive development of the electronic commerce and electronic business enterprise,and promoting the development of B2C e-commerce enterprise.
