基于胜任特征和反馈控制模型的运筹学课程教学体系研究——以工商管理专业为例

作为基础课程与专业课的桥梁,运筹学是一门实践性很强的专业基础课。本文以工商管理专业为例,根据运筹学的特点和专业需求,设计并构建了基于胜任特征运筹学课程教学体系和反馈控制模式。该体系和模式充分考虑了工商管理专业综合能力培养的要求,以形成学生胜任特征为目标,信息反馈为调控手段,通过教学方式的完善,进行运筹学课程教学体系的改革尝试,最后提出了相应的对策建议。

Operations Research Course Teaching System Based on Competence Characteristics and Feedback Control Model: Taking Bosiness Administration Major for Example

As the bridge of a basic course and specialized courses,operations research is a practical professional basic course.Taking business administration major for example as an example,according to the features and professional demand of operations research,the paper designs and builds the teaching system and feedback control model of operations research course based on competence characteristics.The system and model considers fully the demand of comprehensive ability training of business administration,takes the formation of student competence characteristics as target,takes the information feedback as the regulating method,reform the teaching system of operations research course by improving teaching method,at last,puts forward the measures.
